Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Item needs to be faulty to be eligible to return.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via the Contact Us form.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, email us first to create a return request. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
